Booking and Cancellation Policy

When you schedule an appointment with Bloom Skin Clinic, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy.

Please give the salon at least 24 hours notice if you need to amend, postpone, or cancel an appointment. If you do not do so, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. We respectfully request that you give us 24 hours notice so that we can offer that time slot to another client. If you don’t give us 24 hours’ notice or don’t show up for your appointment, you can send a friend or family member in your place to avoid the $50 late fee.

PLEASE NOTE: WE HAVE A NO REFUND POLICY

Under no circumstances do we offer refunds once a deposit has been made for any treatment or once treatment has begun. This also applies to any special treatments or packages offered as part of a promotion.
