The Plasma Pen Fibroblast (PPF) harnesses the power of plasma. Plasma is the fourth state of matter along with Solid, Liquid, and Gas. The principle involves the ionization of gases from the atmospheric air to create a micro electrical discharge or ARC. The ARC never touches your skin, however, it causes a micro injury to the skin’s epidermal layer whilst simultaneously heating and disrupting the deeper dermal structure via thermal conductions. This is more commonly known as “Fibroblasting”. Fibroblasts are the most common cells of connective tissue in the body that produce collagen.

How long does the treatment take?
No, not at all. The treatment is both painless and non-thermal, meaning heat is not directly applied to the skin.
How long with the plasma lift results last?
Typically 2-5 years, but is subject to the number of treatments you may require, your lifestyle and ageing process. You will age as you would otherwise and your skin will continue to relax as part of the ageing process. The effects should last as long as they would with invasive surgery. The results can last you years depending on the area treated. The positive effects of treatment will be noticeable immediately after the first treatment, but the best results will be seen after 4 – 12 weeks. A second treatment may be required for best results and may vary due to skin’s laxity.
How Much do plasma lift skin tightening treatments cost?

How long does the redness last after fibroblast?
You may experience redness 1- 3 days after the treatment and swelling may also occur. After 5-7 days, the small carbon scabs will have fallen off. Slight redness is no longer visible after 3 weeks at the latest.
Plasma Pen is mild to moderately uncomfortable. Everyone’s pain level is different and some areas of the body are more sensitive than others. Numbing cream is recommended for reducing discomfort during treatment.

Plasma skin tightening is more than a simple tightening treatment, the skin area is actually minimised. The effects should last as long as they would with invasive surgery. Like all surgical and cosmetic procedures, the effects of Plasma are not entirely permanent because it does not stop any further ageing.

How can I make my fibroblast heal faster?
Apply cold compresses up to 4 times the first hour after treatment. This will relieve inflammation and excess heat. Please consult with your doctor about taking an Asprin or anti-inflammatory to help with residual pain or swelling in the treated area. Sleep elevated the first night.
How can I make my fibroblast heal faster?
If you are receiving a Fibroblast treatment anywhere on your face or neck, we recommend you sleep on your back with your head elevated to reduce swelling.
