This training is a one on one or small group training and includes theory and practical components. This Masterclass has been designed to give you intensive training, where you are going to see a treatment demonstration then you are going to complete independent (supervised) procedures on live model as well.

What Is Micro Needling?
Micro needling, also known as Skin needling or Collagen Induction Therapy (CIT), is a minimally invasive, advanced skin rejuvenation therapy that is safe for all skin types.It’s a method that involves puncturing the dermis with microscopic needles to encourage collagen and elastin production.It’s used to improve skin texture and tone while also reducing visual symptoms of ageing and the look of acne scarring.It works by stimulating collagen production and increasing cell regeneration, resulting in a smoother, younger-looking complexion.

Our Master class in Skin Needling is a one-day intensive course covering the theory and practical tuition to ensure you can safely practice Skin Needling.
In the Micro Needling course, you will learn:

- Consultation and how to adapt your treatment for your client
- Benefits and Contraindications
- Treatment preparation and management of clinical waste
- Use and disposal of equipment (needles)
- Sanitation of instruments and infection prevention
- Treatment procedure and after care instructions
- Micro-needling treatment sequence and areas:
- Stretch marks and scarring
- Face, Neck, and Décolletage
- Work station setup standards
- Basics of facial theory
- including: skin rejuvenation, acne scars and hyperpigmentation, vascular and rosacea, wound healing process and phases
- Skin Anatomy – Collagen, Elastin, Fibroblast

Once we have agreed on a course date, you can pay in full your course ONLINE or you call the clinic on 0493 216 360. (Please read our terms and conditions about deposit, payment plans, cancellation and re-scheduling). Student are asked to pay a non-refundable deposit of $1000 to secure course dates with the balance of course fees to be paid no later than 3 working days prior to course commencement.
Upon a successfully completed practical levels and theory assessment you will receive a Certificate of Completion in Micro Needling at Bloom Clinique Beauty Academy.
You can use this certification to gain professional liability insurance for yourself or your business and purchase products at any professional beauty supplier.

What To Bring
Models
You are welcome to bring a friend or relative who is has no contraindication to perform the treatment. All treatments are supervised by your trainer. (Model fee: $25.00).
Camera
It is also good practice to take before and after photos of your models (clients) as part of your training, hence make sure you bring your camera. You models will need to complete a Social Media Consent Form so that you have permission to use these photos later.
Lunches
During the lunch period, you can buy lunch at nearby shops and cafes. In addition, Bloom Clinique Beauty Academy provides a lunch room with a refrigerator, microwave and tableware. Coffee and tea are also available.

Part 1) Theory

- Full treatment demonstration
Part 2) Work on live models
- Assemble machine and accessories, workplace, equipment setup
- Client consultation, treatment plan and documentation
- Skin Micro Needling supervised treatments, safe use of anaesthetic
- Maintain infection control and workplace health and safety procedures
- Training session on live model (supervised)
- Practical assessment on live model, performing the Skin Needling procedure (supervised)
- Cleansing workplace area, demonstration of waste management
