Once you start your microdermabrasion sessions, here are some things you can do to optimise your results.
1. Keep the skin clean and moisturised. We recommend Bloom Clinique’s Hydrating range.
2. Cleanse with a mild cleanser. In the days following your Micro, there’s no need to exfoliate excessively.
3. Do not pick or scratch the treated area!
4. For one week, avoid using strong chemicals, rubbing, or tanning on the treated skin.
5. Protect your new radiant skin with sunscreen!
6. Avoid hot areas that will make you sweat just after your Micro, such as the gym!
7. To give your skin a vitamin and mineral boost, eat a lot of fruits and vegetables.
8. Stay hydrated! Water is your skin’s best friend!
