Cancellation Policy
When you book an appointment at Bloom Clinique it is an acknowledgement of our cancellation policy.
If you need to change, reschedule or cancel an appointment please notify the salon at least 24 hours prior to your treatment. Failure to do so will regrettably result in a $50 cancellation fee. We kindly request 24 hours notice so that we can offer that time slot to another client. However if you don’t provide us with 24 hours notice or you fail to turn up for your appointment, you may send a friend or family member in your place, to avoid the $50 late fee.

(Once a deposit has been made for any treatment or once treatment has commenced, under no circumstances do we offer refunds. This also applies to any promotional treatments/packages).
